CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY

Every session is important to us, and we curate each one to be a truly special experience for your family. Your £65 booking fee secures your date and allows us to prepare every detail of your time with us.

We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to be flexible while safeguarding the time reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to adjust your appointment, our rescheduling guide below will walk you through yuor options.

Kindly note: Rescheduled sessions must take place within 8 weeks of your original appointment.

Keeping Your Original Appointment

Attend your scheduled session, and your booking fee will be fully refundable at the end of your photography session — or it can be applied as a credit toward your order.

First Reschedule

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to move your session once, your booking fee is no longer refundable but can still be applied as credit toward your order.

Second Reschedule

If a second change becomes necessary, a new £65 booking fee will be required. This is non-refundable, but can be combined with your original booking fee and used as credit toward your order.

Please note that reschedules are limited to two changes. After this, booking fees will be forfeited, and a new booking will be required.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
