Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Every session is important to us, and we curate each one to be a truly special experience for your family. Your £65 booking fee secures your date and allows us to prepare every detail of your time with us.

We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to be flexible while safeguarding the time reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to adjust your appointment, our rescheduling guide below will walk you through yuor options.

Kindly note: Rescheduled sessions must take place within 3 months of your original appointment.

Your Booking Fee

Your £65 booking fee secures your appointment and is refunded in full when you attend your photography session — or it can be applied as a credit toward your order.

If a friend has treated you to a gift card, we do not require a separate booking fee.

Rescheduling With 14+ Days' Notice

Need to change your date? Provide at least 14 days’ notice and we’ll happily move your session to another date at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Rescheduling With Less Than 14 Days' Notice

If you need to reschedule with less than 14 days’ notice, a £65 rescheduling fee will apply — this is non-refundable but is fully redeemable as credit toward your photography order.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of any payments made to date.
