CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY

Our studio has very limited availability, and we sincerely appreciate your commitment to your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that life happens, and we’re happy to help you find a new date based on the options below.

Provide at least 14 days notice and we can offer *one* reschedule to an alternative date within 8 weeks of your original appointment. Your booking fee will be transferred to your new date.

Provide less than 14 days notice and we can offer *one* reschedule to an alternative date within 8 weeks of your original appointment. Since it’s unlikely we can re-book your original slot at this stage, we won’t be able to refund your booking fee, but it will still be credited in full towards your order.

Cancellations and missed appointments will forfeit their booking fee.

Please note this cancellation policy applies to our studio portrait sessions. For weddings please refer to your booking form terms and conditions.
